Achievements
Performance Improvement is about prioritising learning and improving. The C3 Partnership offered tools, such as C3Perform, resources and wide-ranging support to encourage performance improvement within third sector organisations. Marcus, one of the founders of IAP Services, a workers’ co-operative specialising in Information and Communications Technology, commented that one of the most valuable aspects of going through C3Perform was just stopping and reflecting. They have since given one of their existing workers the task of project managing their improvement action plan, to keep Performance Improvement within IAP Services on track.
A range of beneficiaries from the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector have gone through C3Perform: co-operatives, equalities led voluntary sector organisations, social enterprises, brand new organisations etc. The Performance Improvement process encouraged and supported by the C3 Partnership has not only been about working through C3Perform.

The idea is to encourage and support voluntary, community and social enterprise sector take-up of Performance Improvement, meeting organisations where they are and providing the resources, networks and shared learning to continue.
