C3 Diagnostic Tool

A diagnostic service has been designed to collect the perceptions of all staff in your organisation. After registering, every member of staff can access a copy of the diagnostic questionnaire online. When everyone has completed their copy of the diagnostic, results are collated and produce an overview of the organisation’s strengths and areas for improvement.

How an organisation can use the report: The report provides an organisation with an overview of perceived strengths and areas for improvement. Armed with this information, senior managers and/or the performance improvement team can do further analysis to identify what the real issues are and draw up a plan to make improvements.

Bellow are some examples of how an organisation may wish to use the report:

Benchmarking The report uses a traffic light system so if you amber or red in any of the nine areas you could choose get a more in-depth analysis by completing one of the bench-learning questionnaires. The questionnaire you need will be given in the report.

In-depth self-assessment using C3Perform If you are using the online Perform Diagnostic as part of the organisation’s self-assessment process, the results can be used to inform the more comprehensive self assessment tool C3Perform.

Survey or targeted questionnaire Once you have identified areas you want to improve using the online Perform Diagnostic you may wish to design your own questionnaire to gather further information before deciding on how to make improvements. The type of questionnaire might include a customer survey, staff survey or a partner benchmarking survey that focuses on a particular area and is used in interviews with a range of organisations that you have invited to participate.
