The C3 Partnership has trialled the C3Perform tools with a wide range of organisations. This section presents the achievements of some of them.
- HAP case study - Improving staff empowerment, motivation and performance. HAP significantly improved staff empowerment, motivation and performance by inviting staff involvement in the Performance Improvement process and by putting in place systems for collecting key information to improve their working environment and culture.
- Lifecycle Uk - Broadening income and resource base. Lifecycle UK increased the proportion of overall income generated through trading by 58% through a program of work to review products and services and their pricing structure to improve efficiency and profitability.
- IAP Services: higher profit margins but lower turnover.
- Art & Power: empowering more people to participate in the sector.
- Bristol Wireless: successfully competed for public and private sector contracts.
