Self-assess
The C3Perform Toolkit offers a set of 3 self-assessment tools to help diagnose the strengths and areas for improvement in your organisation. These self-assessment tools can be used to facilitate a disciplined enquiry within a framework. Participants focus on identifying strengths plus areas for improvement and assessing the evidence they collect to inform action planning. Each of the core tools can be used in isolation or they can be combined as complementary tools.
C3Perform Workbook
A comprehensive self-assessment tool designed to involve between 3 to 8 people in reviewing the organisation’s strengths and areas for improvement. The Workbook provides 46 positive statements for discussion under 9 headings. The Workbook takes 3 to 6 hours, followed by 2 to 4 hours for action planning. The tool is effective at facilitating a productive dialogue and assembling an evidence base to help demonstrate performance and effectiveness.
C3Quick Perform
A less intensive tool offering 34 simple positive statements for consideration split into ‘enablers’ and ‘results’. The tool can be completed by an individual in 20 minutes, or by a group in one hour. It focuses on scoring and is most effective at diagnosing broad areas for improvement and assembling an evidence base.
C3Perform Workshop
Provides a short and inclusive method for collecting feedback from a group of up to 20 staff and volunteers. The simple process can take just 3 hours and produce a prioritised list of possible actions to be developed into an Action Plan by decision makers.
